    Job Developer Opens: May 21, 2010 Description: Develop new and innovative employment opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities throughout Alameda County. East Bay Innovations' Supported Employment Services is looking for a positive, outgoing person who enjoys working with the business community and collaborating with others to develop or create employment opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communications skills, creativity, persistence, and outstanding follow-through and networking skills. They must also have a commitment to EBI's philosophy and goals and be respectful. Responsibilities include developing individual employment plans, contact and follow-up with new and previous employers, development of and support during employment assessments and the regular contact and pre-employment support of individuals seeking employment.     Job Coach
    Job Coach Opens: May 21, 2010 Description: Children's Hospital's Project SEARCH Program is looking for a Job Coach. This is a full-time Monday through Friday 8:30 to 4:30 position. Experience working with individuals with disabilities, previous job coaching experience or working in a health care environment are all a plus. Must be able to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently. Must be willing to drive own car (we do offer mileage reimbursement) and carry auto insurance. Ability to pass a background check and provide proof of negative TB (you'll need two for Children's) and current immunizations upon job offer. $13.00 per hour plus dental and health insurance, paid sick and vacation, paid holidays and access to a 401K.
