About Us
Our Mission
In order to further the empowerment of individuals with developmental disabilities, the mission of East Bay Innovations is to provide personalized support to enable individuals with disabilities to live in their homes, to work jobs of their choosing and to participate in all aspects of the community.
To fulfill this mission, EBI provides three services:
Supported Living and Independent Living are designed to assist individuals to live on their own.
Employment Services assists people to find a career and provides support to enable people to be successful in their work.
Philosophy
We strive to understand each person’s hopes and aspirations as well as needs for support. We work in partnership with the person and their close friends and family to provide services that reflect what the person wants.
The people we serve direct their EBI services as much as they are able. We help people to strive for independence when possible, and we provide assistance when independence is not possible. We believe in services that are flexible and change over time as people change.
